Our vine is grown in ultra-rich Maui, Hawaii rain forest soil (organically, of course).
We hand harvest the vine and ship either fresh or dry - your choice.
The pieces you will receive will vary from 1/2-2 inches in diameter cut to the length of approximately 6-8 inches.
Keep in mind that shredded caapi (the form in which many others vend this product), being a natural product, deteriorates rapidly due to oxidation and exposure to air, light, and humidity. Because of this we do not shred our vine, but keep it whole, so as to retain it's natural quality to the fullest extent possible.
We charge flat fee of $17.50 for USDA Pest Inspection
